I tried to say that Shepard's clones would be a nice plot reveal later in-game, but impossible since it would be obvious from the very start.
Okay, I focused too much on technical side and got it wrong.

Besides they wear helmet+armor, it's not like you could know unless they visually differentiate them.
Oh and also there's a picture of a Cerberus Female assassin running around the forums.

These squadron leaders carry out high-level instructions laid out by the Illusive Man. How the Illusive Man recruited and trained such a large number of top-line battlefield commanders is a worrying mystery. Cerberus, once comprised of small, covert cells of agents, is now a burgeoning and unconcealed threat to the galaxy. In the face of the immediate Reaper threat, Alliance Intelligence has scuttled their attempts to infiltrate Cerberus to find out how the Illusive Man managed to quickly swell his organization’s ranks.

Well, this confirms that TIM is definitely still in charge of Cerberus. Unfortunately, it still doesn't explain why he's working against Shepard. I guess we'll find out when the game comes out. They seem to be doing a pretty good job of keeping it under wraps. This also seems to disprove the theory that Cerberus is (or ever was) a part of the Alliance. In Evolution, Jack's team is always noted a group of mercenaries. So perhaps Cerberus never was a part of the Alliance; most likely they've just had very close ties since Shanxi.
Considering how great of a character TIM is, I'm disappointed in him going from morally grey to evil Bond villain.

A smart man such as TIM would have a backup plan incase he ever did get indoctrinated. I know I would, always have a plan b if plan a goes wrong.
TIM

What if my Shepard's female? Ohh wait, it would be so cool if it turns out that the enemy models are swapped with female alternatives in that case. And it becomes obvious that way.
Soo... I don't think so. Maybe Kai Leng, yeah, or just random clones. Or maybe even batarians, like it was suggested earlier. Since Cerberus is "working" with the Reapers, and by the beginning of ME3 the batarians have been mostly harvested, that's two plus two.

My guess about TIM is that in one of the comics, you can find out that he had contact with a reaper tech that turned creatures into husks, maybe it somewhat turned him,but not completely,so he became half human half husk (or reaper),and he belives (knows) that if humans join reapers they wont be harmed (transformed),he said that he works for advancement of human race, maybe he means that humans must transform into reapers,to advance.

Batarians don't have helmets with 4 eye slots because they only require two eyes for depth perception.

What are the other two eyes for?

Most likely for reading data streaming into their helmets, or perhaps a digital image of everything like Shepard's Kestrel helmet
So, everytime they want to swap the shape of a block, they'll have to turn their eyes around their head. Sounds good.Whatever666343431431654324 wrote...
Damn, Phaedon, you're such a downer.
hrm... maybe they have an interface where you could direct the blocks with eye movements? Ah well, at the very least, they could read their email. Batarians still rock. This changes my whole perception of them.
That depends on what you see as human. Was the Embryonic Terminator not human? It looked like a human and was said to contain 'the essence' of humanity. Above all it should've been the epitome of human evolution - as it was one in it' s being, total unity (this is an idea that always comes up; the idea of melting society together, for example in RL's Schumpeter's work in which he predicts the agglomeration of bureaucracies into some socialist block full with... bureaucratic things - perhaps a nice read with a new crisis looming, but I'm diverting ^.^). Whether or not that's human is debatable.DarkSeraphym wrote...
Turning humanity into Reapers, while it would advance the genetic legacy of humanity, would not really advance humanity in any way that I think the Illusive Man has any interest in. This is primarily because at the cost of doing so, humans would no longer be humans. Historically speaking, you would have never seen WW2-era Italy, Japan, or Germany advocating advancing to the point that they were no longer Italian, Japanese, or German as being part of their national ethnic group was one of their core beliefs. I am of the opinion that The Illusive Man would not work with the Reapers if their goal was to turn humanity into a Reaper.
