In ME3 Garrus has been looking more sickly in the ME2 and 3 is Garrus going to die of an illness? When you first meet Garrus in Omega, he seemed very tired and sickly. He looks more ill in this game.
Is Garrus a boy or girl?

He has been hunted for however long by mercenaries and had his squad killed on Omega and was betrayed and blamed himself... that isn't going to make you look so fresh. I doubt he's ill at all and didn't notice it in demo.
