[huge spoiler incoming]ok so,we all know scince we finish ME 1 that a huge fleet of reapers is coming to kick us whereit hurts the most and destroy the galaxy,or more specificly, every organic life form in the galaxy that doesn't want to evolve into a collector.[huge spoiler finished]
[huge spoiler incoming]So..at the end of ME 2 we see that a ton of reapers are comming from space so...in ME 1 we prevented sovereign from oppening the ciadel's mass relay,so the reapers couldn't come...so how the hell do the reapers think of coming out of the citadel's mass relay while if they wait two years that, talking about the galaxy lifespan is like ten seconds!?
Let me rephrase the questions in a cleaner way:
-did they really just come out in the cinematic,or was it just a vision or what could happen?
-Why did they use the citadel (everytime they "harvested the organics of the galaxy" too,not just this once) if they could "hyper jump" that easily?
-how did they hyper jump, not just like the normandy can,but from out of the galaxy (that means a lot of parsecs away)?
OK...please help me understand this [HUGE SPOILERS]

The reason they perfer to use the Citadel is because it is the hub of all the mass relays. They can literally shut down all the relays from the Citadel. From there, they travel from system to system to kill everything and no one and get out because they're in control of the relays.
Without the Citadel, they need to attack, because if civilization grows to strong, then the Reapers won't be a threat anymore, (The Protheans were close, hence why the count is at every 50k years). The only way to attack is to do things the hard way. Amass and fly right into the Milky Way, take the nearest relay and go crazy, hoping that they're strong enough to kill everyone before everyone gathers a galactic armada to kill them.

One other thing to remember is that during the events of ME1, the only Reaper that was "awake" was Sovereign. The others were dormant in Dark Space. It is believed that at some point after the end of ME1 (it is unclear if this is immediately after the destruction of Sovereign or at the end of ME2), the remaining Reapers woke up and began moving towards the galaxy, using FTL drive. The fact that Harbinger was actively controlling the Collectors suggests that Harbinger was awake during ME2, which would also imply that the rest of the Reapers were also awake during this time. So, the reason why the rest of the Reapers could not just fly over at any time is because they were all hibernating.

Yes, they can fly in, but it's less effective. If they can attack the Citadel first, they kill the galactic leaders and destroy the center of civilization. Also, there's no time for anybody else to really prepare and the Reapers can cut off communications and take over without any real resistance.
