DLC instlation problem

I bought DA2 off of steam with the game I got the DLC 'The Black Emporium' key. Having registered both game and content to my bioware profile I had no problem installing the game from steam and playing it and all my unlockables work fine as well. However when it came to the DLC I could only get as far as dowloading. During my attempt to install 'The Black Emporium' it claims I must first download 'Dragon Age 2' and blahblahblah.

I'm a little stump at the moment to what I should do.

lol well I don't know how i got it to worked but it finally reads as DA2 being installed. Must of been something I did while i was trying to get another game to work.
