Varos Shepard is not a typical Agent Infiltrator. Rather joking when in casual situations but a 'goddamned hero' when it comes to big decisions, Varos has a quick mind and this makes decision making easy for him (except for huge decisions, such as the Rachni Queen decision, etc). He is an alien sympathiser, and strongly supports the Quarians, because he knows what it's like to not have a place to call home. Varos is a Paragade, leaning more towards the Paragon side.

Born on Earth, Varos wasn't the most athletic, and had to face bullies as a child. His desire to protect himself from harassers drove him to learn how to fight and use guns, and even got him to join a gang to make some money. As soon as he got the chance, however, Varos went to the Alliance Military and joined as a reconnaisance specialist.

During a mission on Elysium, Varos was stuck guarding a bridge leading nto a residential area. Using the bridge as a funnel for enemy forces, he set himself up on a perch and sniped out an entire enemy force single handedly. He was rewarded a medal for his service, and Garrus Vakarian would later use this strategy during his stint as Arcangel.

(I've never played ME1, but I really want to when I get a decent computer. So I don't know as much about the story as most people.)

Varos became good friends with Liara, Kaidan, Wrex, and especially Garrus and Tali. He and Ash, however, never got along due to her xenophobic views. He didn't romance anyone during the Eden Prime war, mostly because he considered the mission too important for any romantic ties..
After killing Benezia, Varos chose to realease the Rachni Queen. He couldn't just doom an entire species, and trusted that they would help instead of harm in the future.

On Virmire, Varos only had time to save one of his squadmates. He extracted Kaidan from the planet, convinced Wrex that Saren's genophage cure was not the answer, and left Ashely to die. Though he was never on good terms with her, he still vowed to not lose any more people than were necessary.

During the attack on the Citadel, Varos was faced with a tough choice; save the council, or save the alliance fleet?
Never one to condone people just because they're politicians, Varos eagerly saved the fleets which were needed at that moment. The council had betrayed them before, and he wasn't about to save them because they asked for it.

After the battle, Varos gave Anderson the council seat. He didn't trust Udina in a position of power like that.

After dying once and being revived by the Lazarus project, Varos felt somewhat indebted to Cerberus, but didn't like the idea of working with them. At odds with the Illusive Man often, he didn't get along with Miranda, and found her worse than Ashley.

Varos recruited his first few squad members in the order of; Arcangel (revealed to be Garrus), Mordin, Zaeed, Kasumi, Grunt, and then Jack. His confrontation with Kaidan on Horizon didn't go very well, and he left the colony saddened.

He later recruited Tali, which brought the second of his two best friends back into the squad. He helped her with her trial eagerly. Comforting her when her father was discovered to be dead, he saw a side of her that he hadn't seen before. Angry at the Admiralty Board for putting so much emphasis on politics, Varos incited the crowd and pardoned Tali without shaming her father's name.
Death had affected Varos, and decided that since death repeatedly stared him in that face, it was now or never to find love, and he found it in Tali. The two began a relationship, even though Garrus would joke around with the two of them very often.

After recruiting Samara and Thane, Varos' mission became focused on building his team.
He had Miranda introduce herself to Orianna, left Jacob's father to die, saved Sidonis from Garrus' revenge, got Grunt admitted into clan Urdnot, blew up the facility on Praggia for Jack, convinced Mordin to save the genophage data, helped Samara kill Morinth, helped Thane reconcile with his son, convinced Kasumi to destroy Keiji's greybox, helped Zaeed kill Vido (to save people from the Blue Suns as a whole, even thoguh it meant sacrificing the workers), and reprogrammed the Geth for Legion. Using his charm and wit, he kept the fights between Miranda and Jack, and Tali and Legion, from escalating. He also decided to regain his Spectre status for it's benefits in Citadel space. In the end, his entire squad was focused on the mission.

The fight through the collector base was rough. Sending Jacob in as a fire team leader and Legion as a vent specialist, they made it to the crew just in time and rescued them with no losses from the squad or crew. Garrus was assigned as the second fire team leader, Mordin was designated to escort the crew to the Normandy, and Samara held a biotic field up while Varos, Grunt, and Zaeed charged through the swarm infested halls. Finally, Varos took Garrus and Tali to the Human-Reaper larva. After a long battle, the collector base was destroyed, and they escaped from the base with no casualties. No one left behind.

Relationships with various characters (with comments by Varos himself);

Miranda - Varos doesn't trust Cerberus, and as an extent, doesn't trust Miranda. Though he's willing to work for her and even help rescue her sister, he isn't interested in becoming friends with her.
"Ice Queen is the best damned description I've heard of her this entire mission."

Jacob - Varos initially viewed Jacob the same way he viewed Miranda, but grew to befriend him after learning that he wasn't totally fanatical about Cerberus' goals. After Jacob smart-mouthed Tali and Thane, Varos began to resume his distrust towards Jacob, seeing him as close-minded.
"At least he's good with a shotgun. But so is Tali."

Garrus - Varos and Garrus share a 'combat buddies' relationship. Varos is the better sniper of the two, but he and Garrus still have occasional 'kill count contests' on missions, which Varos usually wins with his Widow Sniper Rifle.
"He's not a very good Turian. He's the best, and don't you forget it."

Grunt - Varos had trouble keeping Grunt in line at first, but after getting him into clan Urdnot, he began to trust the young Krogan at his back.
"For a few weeks old, Grunt can cause some damage. I wish he knew how to delete his extranet history, though."

Mordin - Varos and Mordin get along well. Their concern for life is mutual, and Varos deeply respects Mordin's work.
"I want to give him some gardening tools and see what he can do to an Eclipse merc."

Zaeed - Entertained by his war stories, Varos enjoyed talking with Zaeed occasionally. However, Zaeed's attitude stopped Varos from putting Massani in any extremely important situations.
"He's a ******, but he's a badass too."

Kasumi - Varos and Kasumi got along very well, to the point where Tali became jealous (though this was remedied). They are friends, and Varos likes to get her opinion on the crew since she's highly observant.
"Where the hell is my wallet?"

Jack - Varos and Jack do not get along well at all. Their only thing they have in common is the dislike of Cerberus.
"Crazy **** is pretty accurate."

Tali - Tali is Varos' lover and he is very protective of her. His concern for the Quarian people bring them close together, and they have plenty of things to talk about since they are both tech specialists. Even though he'd prefer to keep her safe on the Normandy, she insists on coming with him and Garrus on missions whenever she can.
"Nothing's faster than Chiktikka vas Paus? Pfft, yeah right."

Thane - Varos and Thane talk often. Varos' desire to learn more about other races leads him to asking Thane about the Drell culture and religion very often.
"He walked in on Mordin giving me 'advice' about Tali and had a recall... more than awkward."

Samara - Varos doesn't talk to Samara very much since he feels that being bound to a code that restricts your life isn't the best idea since he idealizes freedom. He respects her, but only really knows her on a professional basis.
"I get the slightest feeling that she may want to kill me after all this."

Legion - Varos talks to Legion regularly to learn more about the Geth. After many talks with them, Varos considers the Geth a race to be preserved.
"If they think at the speed of light, why the hell does it take them so damn long to build a consensus?"

Joker - Joker and the Commander talk often about the 'good old days'. They are opposed on the subject of EDI, but they are still on good terms.
"All I'm saying is that having EDI in the cockpit with him helps to keep him entertaining."

The Illusive Man - Varos regularly talks sarcastically to the Illusive Man and doesn't trust him at all.
"I think he got the eyes because he stared at that sun for too long."

(I might type later, or type up my Renegade Shepard, Orion.)

Well, my femShep, Tiia Shepard, is paragon (with some renegade*). She's somewhat lonely person who chooses her own path (even though there's Kaidan LI playthough too). She always tries to do the right thing and not the easiest way. Tiia is also pretty conservative in general. Name? Well, my own starts with T too and if I'm ever blessed with daughter, my future wife (if I ever have one) will have hard time convincing me to name her otherwise.

My Shep is her own person but she has similar personality to me yet she's a bit different (obviously - I'm a male).

I liked S Seraff's format, so yeah. Here's my Renegade Sentinel.

ORION SHEPARD, Raider Sentinel
“Getting the job done, one explosion at a time.”
Reputation: For himself and those who are close to him. Difficult to get to know. Not anti-social, just a douchebag.
Alignment: Paragon 0.5, Renegade 5.0
Background: Colonist/Ruthless
Signature Abilities: Assault Armor, Throw, Dominate
Weapon of Choice: Vindicator Battle Rifle
Preferred Squadmats: Legion, Urdnot Wrex, Miranda, Jacob
Love Interest(s): Liara T'soni (Dumped), Jack (One-Night-Stand), Miranda

Orion (named after the constellation) is a firm believer in 'every man for himself'. Ever since he was a teen, he has seen death and destruction regularly. His family and friends were all killed by slavers, and he saw the worst of the Skyllian Blitz. The psychological pain he suffered cause a decline in the value of life in Orion's eyes. It's not that he's a murdering psycho; he just believes that may people just really need to be shot in the face.

Orion has few friends due to his cold demeanor. Liara still talks to him as a friend, but the pain he caused her by leaving her for Miranda is obvious. He and Miranda are lovers, and they both seem to be interested in each other for their skill, looks, and power. His friends include Grunt, Zaeed, and Morinth.

Orion dislikes making huge decisions, and often takes the first route he sees.. He killed the Rachni Queen, knowing what her kind has done before. He then left Kaidan on Virmire to die in the blast, and killed Wrex when their argument became violent. During the attack on the Citadel, Orion saved the Destiny Ascencion to avoid political backlash from the people of the Citadel. He then later elected Udina to the council, believing him to be the better leader.

Orion's ressurection by the Lazarus project didn't do much to diminish his demeanor. He allowed Miranda to leave Orianna without saying hello, convinced Jacob to make his father kill himself, Let Garrus kill Sidonis, got Grunt admitted into clan
Urdnot, blew up the facility on Praggia for Jack, convinced Mordin to
save the genophage data, helped Morinth kill Samara, failed to help Thane
reconcile with his son, convinced Kasumi to keep Keiji's greybox,
helped Zaeed kill Vido, and killed the heretic Geth. He was unable to stop the fight between Tali and Legion and ended up siding with Legion, but stopped Miranda and Jack from killing each other.. He also decided to abandon his Spectre status. In the
end, his squad was still partially distracted.

The Suicide Mission was indeed a one way trip for many in his group. Without sufficient resources, the Normandy took a beating on the way to the base. Jack was killed by an Occulus beam, and Thane was impaled by a large piece of metal.
Inside the base, things did not get better. Kasumi was killed by a rocket after going through the vents. He chose Zaeed as the fire team leader for the second part of the mission, while Tali went to escort the team back to the Normandy. Miranda held a biotic field while Orion, Garrus, and Jacob went through the infested halls.

Garrus was carried off by seeker swarms and eaten alive, adding to Orion's rage. Tali gave her life to save half of the crew, and Zaeed was shot after saving Orion's team from an overwhelming attack. Orion took Miranda and Jacob to fight the Human-Reaper larva, while the rest of the battered team held the line. Preserving the Collector base, Orion made it out alive with half of his team remaining. It was a victory, but it was hollow. Only Miranda, Jacob, Grunt, Morinth, Mordin, and Legion survived.

Name: Jane Shepard
class: Vanguard
Spacer/Ruthless

Fiery attitude, may be ruthless at times but at the core a very nice and supporting commander.
I try to resolve situations the way I would if I was my Shepard, so I usual go into missions with the 'Do everything possible to get the job done' attitude.
Mostly renegade, but when it comes to his crew paragon.
Puts her crews life first, will not stand if anyone threatens her team mates.
Calm and collected when it comes to missions.
Romances: Kaiden in ME1, stayed true to him in ME2
Prefered squad members: Legion, Garrus and Thane
Best friends: Kaiden and Garrus ME1 Garrus and Thane ME2
Favourite Abillities: Strong Warp and Energy Drain
Character Relationships:

Miranda - Jane trusts Miranda to an extent, but not Cerberus. She will always be loyal to the Alliance even if it is not clear to others

Jacob - She is fond of Jacob because he focuses on the mission, what you see is what you get. She never relaxes round him because of his Cerberus background

Garrus - Janes best friend. A shoulder to cry on, a soldier by her side during combat. They have history and are perfect together on the battlefield. Garrus is a trusted member of her squad in almost every mission. He along with Legion accompanied Shepard in fighting the Reaper, he also led both squads in the suicide mission.

Mordin - Jane and Mordin engage in conversation quite often, they have a mutual understanding on the Krogan and the Genophage, she understands him and why he pursues his goals.

Tali - They've been through a lot together, but Jane isn't fond of her for a few reasons. She seems to be to easy to jump to conclusions, not listening to Jane when she said Legion was friendly, and not realising why the Quarian on freedoms progress needed to be analysed for data.

Grunt - Jane and Grunt are on the right page, She knows he is a powerful fighter and he knows she is a force to be reckoned with.

Jack - Jane and Jack get along just fine as long as Jack follows commands and is not ruthless and overly aggressive. She is very hot-headed which annoys Jane at times, but she sided with her over Miranda for the sheer fact that Miranda's argument was flawed.

Thane - Jane and Thane are very good friends. Jane knows Thane has had a troubled life with the loss of his wife, and Jane is their for him no matter what. They almost fell for each other but Jane explained that she couldn't replace his wife. He is a very valuable squad mate and along with Garrus, part of her main squad. He along with Grunt, Tali, Jacob, Miranda, Jack and Samara held the line while Shepard, Legion and Garrus fought the Reaper.

Samara - Jane and Samara rarely talk, but when they do they are very close. Samara is very greatful for her help with Monrith, and is a loyal member of the crew. She proved herself during the suicide mission, holding the barrier until they could escape the swarm.

Legion - Jane was weary of Legion at first, but after he explained the Heratic geth she realised he was good. He proved himself during the suicide mission when he was able to close the door in time for everyone to get through, he also along with Garrus accompanied Jane in fighting the Reaper. Legion and Thane recycle positions in squads.

My Shepard is a female paragon who is so good its sickening. Spacer kid who defended in the Blitz. She specializes in rescuing kittens from trees and overall going out her way for others to the point were its down right stupid. Overall though she is a very compassionate and loyal person. Not much to say other than she is a goody two shoes.

Oyy, I have too many characters to list, all with their own personalities, but here's one of them:

Mackenzie "Mac" Shepard - Vanguard

Born in Boston to a family of Scots-Irish descent, Mackenzie's childhood was filled with turmoil, mostly resulting from her alcoholic father who beat her mother (and her on extreme occasion). On a cold December night, at age 13, Mackenzie ran away from home and was taken in by a couple of punks from the Tenth Street Reds. She was forced to compete in cage fights, as the Reds ran an underground "fight club" for profit. She never lost a match (her skills were, unbeknownst to her, augmented by her biotics), and rose quickly through the ranks of the gang. However, one fight ended up going too far, and she inadvertently killed her opponent. Realizing she had to get out of the gang, she enlisted in the Systems Alliance.

Mac has the personality that one would expect from a vanguard. She's very direct and doesn't like to put up with bull****. Her determination led her to victory on Torfan, but the aftermath and the casualties caused some people in the Alliance to question whether she was simply a ticking timebomb, waiting to explode into a major political incident.

She's apprehensive towards aliens, but not xenophobic. Eventually, she comes to bond with Wrex and respect the krogan culture, as she shares many of the ideals revered by the krogan. She killed the rachni without hesitation -- they couldn't be trusted. She saved the colonists on Feros, but killed Jeong and Shiala. "You don't get to undo your mistakes" is her attitude. For the same reason, she killed Rana Thanoptis on Virmire.

When the time came to make the choice between Kaidan and Ashley, she saved Ash. While apprehensive of the young soldier's xenophobia, she valued Ash's determination and perserverance. The fight to come wouldn't be easy, and they would need strong-willed individuals to fight the war.

It goes without saying that she let the council die at the Battle of the Citadel. As far as Mac is concerned, they're just a bunch of lazy politicians who would rather talk than do. Still, she put Udina on the council, because he was someone who understood the need for action but could convince others of it in a way that would appeal to "diplomatic dip****s."

Her attitude towards Cerberus is remarkably indifferent. She mistrusts them, but also respects their willingness to face the threat of the Collectors and Reapers rather than sweep it under the rug. And, she definitely has an arrogant streak, so she absolutely agrees that she was the right person for the job.

After meeting Garrus on Omega, she develops a stronger sense of respect for him -- he finally said "to hell with the regulations" and started getting **** done. Other close friends among the Normandy SR-2 squad include Grunt, Kasumi, Jack, and Thane. She's pretty apprehensive towards Jacob and Miranda, but doesn't argue with their ability to get the job done. She kept the genophage cure data -- she has a lot of respect for the krogan warrior culture and doesn't think they deserve to be sterilized simply because the salarians think their too "brutish."

Not wanting to repeat her past (Torfan), she rescued the SR-2 crew and kept the entire squad alive through the Suicide Mission. Despite her mistrust of Cerberus, she saved the Collector Base, because she's willing to do whatever it takes to win.

Oh, and she romanced Kelly, for the lolz.

... holy crap, that was longer than I expected it to be. Maybe I'll post one of my other Shepard's "biographies" later...

My Shep? Well, she's as close a facsimile to H. Harrington as I can get in a video game. Close but not really up to Harrington's level (Honor Harrington is well...Honor Harrington, there is none like her). Both shared a common trait; a stubborn will to fight on until the end, no matter the odds. And that's about it. Image IPB  I like the little dialogues Shep has with the crew (badly written, some of them are). It's akin to the Capt's or rather Admiral's table Harrington likes to hold with her officers; she gets to know them besides having a pow-wow on current ship status, etc.

Carla Shepard is close to how I actually am: I try to use logic but wind up following my heart instead. That leads to mixed results.

ME1, she ended up a Paragon, but by only a few points. ME2, ended up Renegade, and again, only by a few points. (I figured she was a bit pissy about being dead and resurrected, surrounded by strangers who she knew were using her.)

Alexander Shepard was a d!ck in the first one, except with his LI. And he saved Kaidan, bros before hoes. Being dead and resurrected had the opposite effect, as he was more compassionate to other people's plights.
