Hey,

I have bought my copy of Mass Effect 2 via Steam and also got my Cerberus Network key from that purchase. I redeemed the key and wanted to download the "Normandy Crash Site", "Zaeed, The Prince of Revenge" and "Firewalker pack" DLCs which are free (according to the Mass Effect wiki) if you have Cerberus Network. However I was unable to find those DLC packs. Can anyone help me with this problem or at least explain to me what is wrong here? I'd really appreciate it.

P.S.: I may be an experienced gamer but I am also a complete newbie if it comes to DLC, in fact this is my first time I actually played a game which I tried to install some DLC for so it may have something to do with my lack of knowledge
