Toombs: Talked him down, it's what she was trained to do after all.
Rachni Queen: Speared. This was possibly the hardest decision for her, Shep is still not sure if she did the right thing, but in her opinion it was a chance worth taking - if unique species could be saved she had to try - the Queen started to communicate, something Rachni never did before, so it was a chance worth taking.
Wrex: Talked him down. Again - that's what she was trained to do.
Virmire: Send Kaidan with the bomb since he had more thech experience and ranked higher and Ash with salarians, since they could use a heavy armored soldier in a firefight. Went to secure the bomb site - she never lives something mission essential to the chance. She still grieves for the loss of Ash - they had their differences, but Ash where a friend.
Citadel Council: Saved the Ascension, for tactical reason - the flagship of a citadel fleet had to have some serious guns on it, but big cruses always need extra protection, so she saved it in order to increase the damage the fleet can do. The fact that the council where on board was secondary, but Shep made the best of it - making them believe that she actually saved them instead of a huge battlecruiser she actually cared more about
GarrusME2: Let him shoot Sedonis - that's what my Shep would ave done, so who is she to stop him? No one gets justice for what have happened on Omega unless the justice comes after them "Omega style".
A House Divided: Rewrote. It makes sense to keep up their numbers if Shep intends to use them. Although it was a test of sorts - if they can stay "sane" knowing all the data. Because if not than Geth need to be destroyed sooner than later - lack of choice is not a virtue, it's simply lack of opportunity. Shep is all for giving people the opportunity to be bad and seeing if they take it - a good test of "character". Even for AI
It was although the hardest choice of ME2 for her.
Collector Base: Kept it - any chance to get an edge on the reapers is worth the risk.
