Hello, the password for my main 'BioWare SocialNetwork' account Tom.sparky has been changed (I don't remember changing it) and whenever I click on the 'forgot password' link it takes me straight to the EA website. Now my 'Electronic Arts' account and my 'Xbox Live' account are not linked to my 'BioWare SocialNetwork' account (I have posted a topic about the issue when I was still able to use my main account:
http://social.biowar...3/index/7771392), so I can't actually access my main account anymore since this current account is only a temporary one until I (maybe) get my main account back. Also when I tried to login with the e-mail address associated to my main account it took me to a new page telling me to sign up for a 'BioWare SocialNetwork' account and at the bottom of the page it said I had tried to sign in with my EA account (I quote "You are logged in with your EA account. Please fill in some additional fields to proceed." ) so I filled in all the fields correctly and it said that the email address that I typed in was in use (I knew that anyway because it was the same e-mail address that is associated with my main 'BioWare SocialNetwork' account Tom.sparky)
This all started when I updated the e-mail address of my 'Electronic Arts' account (I don't feel I should divulge any specific details in a forum post open to anyone although I would give full details in a 'Private Message' (PM) to a Moderator, BioWare employee or even an 'Electronic Arts' employee if any have accounts on this website.
The ultimate goal of this topic is so BioWare can send me a password reset e-mail to the e-mail address associated with my main 'BioWare SocialNetwork' account (Tom.sparky).
