I'd like to know where I could buy those Exclusive DLC promo's like the one in the Collector's Edition and some of the other exclusive promo DLC?

You could try ebay. Thats what I did.

Since your game is not registered to your account I cant tell what version you have.

But for Consoles....you are unlikly to find them anymore. Most were preorder bonuses only.

For PC though you can just download most of them.
