Im just wondering, if I romanced ashley, from ME1, is her attitude less angry to me when I meet her for a few mins in ME2?

I would find out myself, but I just finished ME1 again, and really cbf finishing it all again and then doing all of ME2 up to the Horizon level

Yes and no. The difference is minimal right at the start, but she gets just as angry quickly.
