 The Goatse image from Encyclopedia Dramatica and all the other versions of it. I swear, after seeing that, I can stomach anything.

There was also this time in high school, when some guy wanked out on a beanie bag during break. Needless to say, I was more than a little disturbed. That, and castrations. Back when I read books about history, I was amazed at what the Chinese did to their slaves. Nowadays, I'm used to that stuff when I'm reading about time-periods such as the mediaval ages, but back then I was unsettled by stuff like that.

A scene in a movie where this chick broke her own jaw off. The sound was unnerving.
I've seen more graphic things and actual dead people but that scene was just ick.

Came back off holiday a few years back to find my old neighbours front doorstep covered in milk bottles and no answer to my knocking, got my spare key and pushed through all the built up mail to find old Bert had rotted into his comfy chair and was slowly being eaten by flies and such. Even though i've worked in an abattoir and I delivered calves in puddles of blood and matter as a lad the sight of the dapper old lad stripped of dignity and just decomposing got to me and not much does nowadays.

I was recently driving home from Maryland and was slowed by some traffic on the Jersey Turnpike and watched a child lose his cat out the car window in the opposite lane. Traffic was moving considerably faster and needless to say, post fall, it took several vehicles before the animal was put out if its misery. It certainly wasn't the most disgusting thing I've seen per say, but watching the cat limp around in circles unable to lift its head off the tar due to a broken jaw/neck was just incredibly difficult to watch.

Sexual Reassignment Surgery photos. Seeing a penis stripped of its flesh and then split to be remolded into sensate female genitalia was quite unnerving at first. Mainly as I instantly began to imagine what it would feel like to experience that firsthand.
