I am ecstatic to see this. The earliest rumors posited that the PC (voiced PC, or some such nonsense) would be doing the lead-in voice over. I hope this confirms that was total B#11 S#!+.

Took me a while to reinstall all the mods and get my old game saves to work without problems.
I think at this point, New Vegas is definitely a lot more stable and less buggy than Fallout 3.

That's not saying very much.

Dayum, only level 27 and I knew I'd have to install the Wasteland Mastery mod plus a UI workaround to enable spending skillpoints past the 100 threshold because I'd cap out every skill and potentionally get stuck in the level-up screen. And I don't even run a high INT build (6 at start and only got to Rivet City at around level 15).
Up next is Op: Anchorage, then going completing the Pr. Purity storyline, then Point Lookout, then Zeta and finally completing the extended story with Broken Steel. The onto New Vegas.
It's filthy hard to maintain a neutral karma level!

Ron Perlman @ Phoenix Comicon on Fallout 4: "I wish I could give you news on that, but I can't and I won't" with a huge knowing smirk #phxcc

Maybe not for you, but New Vegas works perfectly for me.
Zero crashes, no memory leak, 120 FPS, and looks great. The only problem that I have is having one or two dead bodies bouncing and flying around the map.

That can be a pain in the arse if you're hunting for unique gear. Had to reload a savegame because when I killed Eulogy to get his unique Desert Dragon pistol (FOOK2 mod), his body spazzed out and consequently flew across half the capital wasteland. Sure enough, following the clean-up operation in Paradise Falls, there was too much gore lying around to pinpoint any small piece of him I could use to loot.
I opted to Shady Sands Shuffle a Nuka-Grenade into his pockets once he was inside again.

Try playing the game when your desktop cursor is active and hidden in the background, so at random points in the game you go to click on something or to shoot at an enemy, and the game minimizes because you accidentally and unknowingly opened another program because of your desktop cursor (and then Fallout: New Vegas won't reopen afterwards, forcing you to close the game altogether and lose your progress).
And Googling the problem doesn't help, since only a few people seem to have that problem, and none of the search results ever offer any help.

I guess you can try this. There's also a similar double mouse cursor fix for Skyrim if I remember correctly.

I can already see the paedophilic tendencies of the author behind that creation. Urgh. That's just creepy.

I personally subscribe to this guy's channel...especially since he was kind enough to showcase one of my mods...but he's about the best at keeping current New Vegas players up to date on mods.
Your a mod maker? Did not know that. What have you made? Is it on nexus?

All of them are labeled "Courier 6". You can type that in on the Nexus search bar, and look for my name as publisher (barbarossa2000)...
Or just go here:
http://www.nexusmods...as/mods/57054/?
I attach my mods list to each of my mods pages. So you can hyperlink from there.
I have two mods in the can for FO3, and I play them currently; but I have yet to publish them because I'm still not 100% happy with them.

welp, started a new New Vegas game this morning, this time im playing a courier that used to be normal.....before being shot in the head, getting his brain scrambled turned in to the ultimate psychopath, murdering indiscriminately and leaving nothing but corpses in his wake, his latest evil deed - killing poor private Kowalski and posing his body for a picture
