This may tie into to other issues with Wardens keep, I have various sets of armor from wardens keep including the warden commander armor. When any of these armors are equiped in full sets, non of them apply any set bonuses. (no noticeable alterations and no item bonus notification on stats page)
Admittedly I have put them all in the chest so this may be part of the problem.
I need to go to an old save to see if any of these items actualy had a set bonus prior (like the armor bought through the blacksmith wardens keep, but this is going to take me some time based on my saves.
(any item with an individual bonus still has the individual bonus, just no set bonuses)

i put my warden armor on the moment i got it and still do not have a set bonus so yeah its a bug

I have the same problem with set bonuses in regards to Shale. I had the Flawless Lightning set on and nothing for it.

Would be nice if Bioware solves this. Armor looks so damn sweet but makes no sense without set bonus.

there seem to be alot of issues they ignore on the console, i mean their not game breaking if you only get a few of them but i would hate to be the unlucky SOB that gets all the glitches in their game.

the bug with the armor is that the gloves are being treated differently...

I dont have that problem and that is after the storage chest has upgraded it by 2-3 tiers.

I got same problem. There is no armour set bonuses. I didn't put it in the chest either but might try it to see if it fixes it.

I have the same problem, on three different characters. Upgrading it with the party chest doesn't seem to cause or fix the problem far as I can tell.

as far as i know there is no helmet.
Anyway the discription says you need armour, gauntlets and boots for the bonus.
I have all the parts but no bonus.
Obviously the armour is bugged.
