So here's the rough outline. On my old computer I a hardcopy of DA2, which came with the black emporium, lothering's lament and co, and I had even bought the exiled prince dlc later on, and I was all happy. Now few weeks ago, my old computer flatlined on me.
Now I have myself a new and shiny comp, and I reinstalled DA2. Then I thought that I should download the dlc's again since they don't just jump in with the normal install. I logged in on my ea account in the game, and went to view available content tab which was empty. I was like," hmm ok, let's clicky this redeem EA code thingy and see where that takes us", so I end up on bioware social network, scratch my head and try to remember my account info, and see that the EA account details work here and it ever dredged up this old account name by itself, so it's the same old account, or at least should be. Except there was no games or anything registered. Just an empty profile. Now I tried for giggles sake, to redeem the black emporium code again, which of course didn't work, as it was already redeemed, by me, except I wasn't getting it. So now I'm at the mercy of help section. Any advice would be appreciated.

So apparently my games tab is empty, but if you go through the games tab in theupper bar there IS some games registered, and after trudging through, some menus that aren't all that good at poimtinmg out the right place at first glance, I did find some available content. So in summary, I suck and the menus need some work.
