Who do you think the final boss will be? Currently the main antagonists include the Reapers as well as Cerberus. I heard the Reapers function as a collective and make a general consensus before deciding things, so maybe Harbinger isn't the final boss. He might just be a messenger. As for Cerberus, not sure if we'll take on the Illusive Man or someone who's with Cerberus.
