I have an idea!
Since the reapers are on Earth, their kinetic barriers are weakened.
Increase the mass of Earth with some eezo magic, and then the fleet can bombard the reapers from space!

Anyway, I think the Liara T'soni anime statue should be the last boss. F.E Liara gets indoctrinated, because of the reaper implants, you know where.

At the end of Parasite Eve you had to fight a mutated fetus that evolves as you fight it.
Since in ME2 they have a "human" reaper wouldn't the larval state of a "human" reaper be a fetus?

A foetus grows, whereas it seems that a Reaper is a biomechanical construction. Thus, a Human-Reaper foetus would be more akin to a half-finished robot than an organic human foetus. That's my interpretation anyway.

Parasite Eve's final battle was great - and "U.B." was an incredible track.

Saren was just a Geth Hopper on steroids. I think both final bosses in both games have been somewhat disappointing/uninteresting. Hopefully ME3 fixes this

Harbinger has to be the final enemy surely? But have Harbinger morph into some kind of gargantuan super reaper thingy. Have the battle in stages - where you have to complete a phase of the battle just for harbie to morph in to something even more bad-ass until the final final battle where Harbie is just so god damn awesome it takes something awesome to kill it. Maybe even sacrificing party members - maybe they die willingly for the cause.

Wouldn't be surprised if it were Indoctrinated Andersson controlled by Harbinger we're fighting at the end of the game. Anything will do, just no crappy indoctrinated squad member plot twist please.

I'd love if they do something like Shadow of the Colossus, and forces Shepard to climb up on Harbinger to get inside and destroy as much as possible.

I don't think there needs to a be a final boss battle. The reapers are the main antagonists and without adding some kind of space battle you can't fight one as a boss battle without it being completely stupid. A final boss battle if either going to suck in terms of gameplay or not make sense in terms of the story.

I'd seriously be disgusted if the final fight was with TIM, he's been crammed in between us and the reapers far too often already.
