Hey guys so I keep talking to kelly and stuff and got dinner with her and such and she said she would feed my fish and what not. but I was wondering If I could also romance maranda to and how would I romance both of them if I cant have a relationship to romance kelly in my room after I save her? your answers are much appreciated.

No. You only get the Kelly option if you dont romance anyone else.

Kelly doesnt trigger the "Paramour" acheivement. Her lapdance romance does apparently set a flag in the save game file, so it might count as "cheating" on your ME1 LI.

I see. dose the paramour achev ones count as cheating to? and if I just did the default new game in my ME2 without transferring would it matter?

Paramour romances do count as "cheating", although you do get the option to get back with Liara and smooth things over with her in Lair of the Shadow Broker.
Default new game in ME2 doesnt have any flags set for romances in ME1, so it doesnt matter.
