Hey everyone!
It's been a while since I've used this site... and yet everytime I do it seems to have something to do with a romance problem. Sigh. It's almost more trouble than it's worth, but I thought I'd throw it out here and see if any of you have any ideas.
So I'm romancing Jaheira and she seems to be caught on Love Dialogue 23, the one where she talks about feeling like someone's walking on her grave. We have had the conversation 3 times now, and once was in the Underdark and not in Adalaon's cave, where I shouldn't have been able to have ANY romance dialogues, let alone one I'd already had two times previously. Does anyone have any idea what's wrong or how I could fix this?

This is the cue for Dermin to make his appearance. Get out of the Udark and he will spawn. All should be well, as long as you are patched.

Sparky is correct. Dermin will spawn after you go out of the Underdark.
Anyway, I know this might be a bit of a hassle, but if you've got any mods installed, mind sending me your WeiDU log in a PM? I had this problem once before when I installed Banter Packs, Improved Romances, and some other banter packs from PPG IIRC. They might be conflicting with each other or are messing up the game's variables.
Update us soon enough! Good luck.

Thanks for the help guys! I'll get out of the Underdark and see if that fixes the problem.
Also, Saint of Sinners, I'd love to send it to you especially because I'm having a couple other glitchy problems this game like not being able to quick save (really annoying), but, not gonna lie, I have no idea how to find what you asked me for. I'm seriously technologically challenged. If you can walk me through how to find it I'll send it right away, but if that's too much hassle then don't worry about it.
Anyways, thanks again and I'll let you know what happens!

Can you navigate to your BG2 game folder? By default it's C:\\Program Files(x86)\\Black Isle\\BGII-SoA.
Inside that folder, you will find a file named WeiDU (text document). If you have a lot of mod files in there, it's easy to miss it, because it's a very inconspicuous little file icon.
Try double clicking it - it's a wonderful resource, and it's very easy to read - it will list every mod you've ever done to that install in the order that you did it, both installs and uninstalls.
Select all, copy, come to the forum and get your PM form up, paste.

Alright so I went to the C:\\Program Files(x86)\\Black Isle\\BGII-SoA folder and searched for WeiDU but nothing came up. I think (keeping in mind again that I know very little about any of this) that I have no mods and therefore no folder to keep them. But I could be totally wrong. Any ideas? Again, sorry I'm so handicapped with this.

If you haven't been to the Bioware website yet and downloaded the official patch, you should.

Alright, I'll do that, thanks.
I've also just started having other issues with my game. Quick save and auto save don't work, my character stops walking every few seconds and now conversations and similar screens skip, as though I'm pushing 'continue' repeatedly. Also when I go to pick up items the box that shows you what's there appears and disappears automatically without giving me a chance to pick up the items. I'm very confused since I've had this game for years and never had these problems. Help?

Nope, I'm using my laptop keyboard and mouse pad. Also, after I downloaded the official patch it seems to have fixed the dialogue/picking up objects problem but the others are still there. The others are more of an irritation rather than making it impossible to play, so if you guys don't have any ideas that's fine, I can suck it up. But if anyone's seen anything like this and has some thoughts that would be great
. Thanks for all the help everyone.
