Sometimes, on the tactics screens, the "Use: Health Potion", "Use: Lyrium Potion" or "Use: Stamina Draught" changes to "Use: ", i.e. the item disappears. Does anyone else have this problem? None of the other tactics (e.g. use abilities) disappear, just the items, and only sometimes.

I don't know what platform you are on, but that particular UI 'quirk' exists on the PS3 interface, too.

I know that if you move a tactics slot to a different position the use item will disappear. It will also occasionally disappear between battles, and it seems like it may be related to your current supply of potions.

Only suggestion I can make is to check your tactics often.
