I've had a Bioware account/username for years, but for some reason I am not able to use and/or link to it in Dragon Age.
When I use the "existing Bioware account" link, I just get returned to the "Create New Account" screen with a message that my registration data is incomplete.
When I try to create a new account (using the Bioware account username) I get "Display name is not valid." (Notice that I do *NOT* get a request to demonstrate account ownership!)
My Bioware username is: "ThandalN'Lyman" (Spaces weren't allowed back then, but obviously special characters were.)
Any help would be appreciated.

This bioware site is new, and not related to the previous site, which is why the account doesn't exist here, you are thinking of http://www.bioware.com/ which has had its DA forum closed down (grrr).
The only reason I can think of for denying your username on this site is that perhaps it dos not allow special characters like apostrophes. Not sure about that though, I can only recommend you try the nae without the '

Yes and no. While they're otherwise completely separate, usernames are supposed to be shared.Sloth Of Doom wrote...

I can't recall if apostrophes are allowed but they have had some problems with special characters in usernames. That could very well be it.Sloth Of Doom wrote...
