I'm hoping for 'Diamond Carls' and it's about 7 of me having a Step Up 3D dance battle against Hawke and the gang. A boy can dream.

If you do a search...they did say something that there would be NO expansions like Awakenings.

People are setting themselves to be disappointed if they're expecting an expansion.

They already said more DLC was planned and we should be happy for that.

I'm pretty sure what they said exactly was that they probably wouldn't do an expansion like Awakening. Not that they simply wouldn't.

Article? With the expansions, I think it was a post by David that basically said they're generally more trouble than they're worth. But David says lots of things.

As far as I know, nobody official ever gave any official statement about what they'd officially do or not do.

I know I've said before that I don't think they'd do an expansion, but an Exalted March isn't something you can credibly do in a DLC (unless it's an expansion in everything but name and physical packaging). But it's not necessarily even anything related to DA2 (if David wrote it himself, it's probably just the only DA-branded t-shirt he had to write it on).

No really, I love this idea. I actually hope it's a reference to DA3 because I'm not sure justice could be done to an Exalted March in an expansion pack or a DLC.

Well, he wanted to ride dog first.

And I think he does get a pony, if you gift it to him. It may even be just the right size for him, although it's a bit hard to tell from the icon. :-)

Well that wasn't a real pony. Not the kind of thing you could ride into battle on, anyway.

Honestly, I was just fishing for a pony reference in Dragon Age. Because.. you know Bioware, they do everything for a reason. :ph34r:

His reply:

Like I posted above, I'm nearly 100% certain this is coming from a post David did in the past giving his opinions about the relative cost of expansions probably being unjustifiably high (as in "they're not actually worth doing", although his prose was undoubtedly more diplomatic). I'd be 100% sure, except it could have possibly come from Stan or Chris and not David (but I doubt it).

Certainly, Mark or Mike or Fernando have never said anything about it.

It has to be what happened in the last 3 years. Exalted MArch would sound like it would be big part of Hawke's story. mainly because an exalted march is a big freakin deal. However excited I may be for this, this has to be an expansion and not a dlc and this makes me feel like that would take away from DLCs made AFTER exalted March.

if there is no Exalted March perhaps I should make a shirt that says

F U _ _

_ _ U  Bioware

with the letters N, T, A, E crossed out  Image IPB

I'd be fine with killing Leliana as Hawke. My warden loves Leliana, Hawke does not. If I'm truly roleplaying Hawke and Hawke has a reason to kill her, I'd be able to do it with no reservations. If anything it would add an additional dimension of drama to future proceedings.

You obviously have NOT played Legacy because that is NOT a 30 minute DLC and if you say it took you 30 minutes to play Legacy...you are lying.

Either he played on Casual and hammered X and A through every cutscene or he's still bitter five months later that Bioware didn't release an Origins rehash.

Chantry equivilent of a crusade. The Divine was thinking of calling one on Kirkwall in Act III because of the mage-related chaos, and she certainlly will after the events in the endgame.

I think that an exalted march on Kirkwall would be better as a DA2 expansion than DA3 because it still has the chance of involving Hawke. DA3 should be reserved for a new character and a new place in Thedas.

Considering Legacy was 2 hours long at least (I got 4 hours out of it) and was an amazing DLC imo, I highly doubt it
