ZOMG! No wai! Well...ewww! Right now they seem to hate eachother...and my toon and Alistair are in a romance. so I rather not choose that. Perhaps, I should see the killing of Flemeth through. Just wondering if the consquences were dire if I let her live.

If your Morrigan then things would be considered dire but for your character nothing comes from it no matter what you choose except for a slightly differernt ending. Oh and getting Alistair to father a child with Morrigan has nothing to do with love or hate but I get the feeling you haven't reached the ending yet so I will say no more.

No...this is my first playthru...but that is okay...for some rerason am I insane with making a the outcome a 'happy ending' no pun intended. I want my cake and eat it too! LOL
I read ALOT of spoliers already, so I know (sorta) what happens.

Best ending I have seen which involves the above is to first harden Alistair, convince him to marry Anora, spare Loghain at the Landsmeet, have Loghain kill the archdemon. While you still lose the romance the ending works out rather well for all.

Maconbar was not being serious. And if the Dark One is not defeated, he would win. Thus good times for him.
