I don't believe I've ever said anything about hair. Long hair is okay with me, as long as it is on a ponytail or braided. It's a far better option than the #4 type, short that gets into your eyes.

The main reason why I prefer game characters with short hair is that so far in every game I've played, the graphics get confused, and I end up with a char whose hair goes straight through her armor collar or shoulder pads. If they decide on a long-haired default FemShep, they hopefully will have fixed that issue.

I think of it more as pissed off sort of look, lets face it everyone always shooting at them, council always calling them liars and surrounded by death so no matter how much they think the hills are alive with the sound of music... In the end they wont be happy bunny at way universe treated them and situation its in which means imho the faces look about right expression wise personally.

Do you realise the hypocrisy in your own statement where in reality you are the hater ranting because you don't like the popular opinion. Heres the truth for you the most popular will sell the most games as it appeals to the larger audience. That is why in films and such actresses like Kate Beckinsale are used more because they sell more. Thats just how the cookie crumbles. If they pick the most popular they will make more money, simple reason regardless of your attacks on others for liking one thing more than the other and why they picked it; its what they like the most and if the majority like it the most then it will sell more copies.

You might feel bitter about being part of a minority and rage about why you think others are wrong but thats life and just because your opinion differs doesn't make everyone elses stupid or free to attack.

This is the main thing that bugs me in this whole issue. Because they did. Fine, Jane didn't have a real-life face model like Sheploo does, but she works. She's credible, she's realistic - all things considered - and she's appealing. Was there really a good reason to replace her with supermodels with too much make-up? If there was, I'd like someone to share it.

Edit: Marketing-wise, most fans would have recognized the Jane model in the trailers. Now, those who aren't as obsessed forum and Facebook freaks as we are, are going to go: "Who the h*ll is that?"

I'm on the #5 bandwagon as well, except the dark red hair really makes her look badass.
