Anyone here who thinks they could apply the same kind of grit to Number 5's face?
I realized a bit too late that I picked one that has been altered to brunette, but do you mean more like this?
That.
Is.
Awesome.
Honestly, that is exactly the kind of complexion I would like to see available for ME3. She looks like a woman who's actually experienced some trying times.
WOAH... Thanks for doing this, Yenaquai! That is awesome! If there's one thing that this proves, it's that her body isn't too pixie/dainty and that her face is indeed a strong face. I think this shows that a touch of age/weathering brings her "out" more and can potentially make her ideal. Having said that, I'm curious to see an in between of this complexion and the original too, if you're happy to oblige? I love that you've done this, but I think this one's a bit too old?

No.
1) I respect her privacy.
2) She's still happily married to my father for almost 25 years now.

People are saying #5 looks too young.
Personally, I can see her looking that young(early 20's) but I can also see her looking Shepard's actual age(32 in ME3).
Plus, you can just say that she keeps her youthful appearance.
Hell, look at Pauley Perrette.
She plays Abby Sciuto on NCIS, who's young as hell. Many folks don't know that Pauley's in her 40's.
She looks AMAZING for her age. Shepard can be the same, just roleplay it.
That is a very good point. It would have been good if ALL the human characters we see looked much younger for their respective ages since this would have been in keeping with the lore (e.g. I believe all of Earth's medical advances allow humans to live well past 100, and I believe Kahlee Sanders still looks like she's in her early 20's when she's 39) - the more I think about it, the more I approve of the youthfull appearance of this Femshep. But I'm also more annoyed that it wasn't like this from the START of the game. Anderson should look much younger. Udina should look much younger. Sheploo should look much younger. Etc., etc.... >.<
It's a bit annoying because on the one hand, these femsheps basically look EXACTLY how Femshep should look, because humans in the ME universe are indeed meant to look much younger by current standards, but on the other hand it would be inconsistent with the current inconsistency that all the other characters don't look as young as they should. ARGH! Bioware, why did you make all the humans look too old from the start?!?
You're on the right track, don't lose it(right track as far as lore is concerned).
Plus, that edit to make her look grizzled just made her look WAY too old. Blargh.
I think complexion wise, #5 is perfect. No need.
Only customization needed(not really needed, but possible, really) as far as I'm concerned is a toggle for hair color and eye color.

I think she looks too old in that, first impression makes her look in her 50's not 30's. Granted during the course of the series shes been practically rebuilt via Lazerus so I don't see any reason why should make her look 50 years old imho the original 5 with black or dark hair is more to my liking and not immersion destroying given the Lazerus project.

Yeah, I'm fond of this one myself. I didn't edit it, someone else did, and they did a good job. I like it.

As far as I understood it he wanted something between original and my older version, which I did.

Her hair blends in nicely with the omni-blade in this one.
Which is a good thing in my opinion. I like it how her haircolor and omni-blade color are somewhat similar. It gives the whole design a nice sense of consistency.

Oh, I forgot to mention what I voted for, I like #1 best. Why? Because short hairstyle fits the character and her job (you don't want long wavy hair when you're wearing armor and fighting battles) and I'm simply a fan of short dark hair on women.
Same, Woldie.

I'm liking the blonde one a lot, but I would like to see if a photoshopper make her look a tad older/more weathered. Can anyone oblige?
What I mean is, keep her facial structure, hair, hair colour, etc., but see if it's possible to make her look a bit older/hardened.
I mean here's Sheploo:

Exactly.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one who supports this.
I mean, I really like blondie, but Strawberry Blondie is niiice. If that's what we'll call her.

Now we're talking. If we could only get rid of the silly eye-liner, that would be someone I could call Shepard!Nyoka wrote...
