Back to the subject. Does everyone agree she could use a few more scars and look more aged/tough like Aris Ravenstar's edit? Or do you prefer the flawless look?

The scars should only be on the renegade version though so have to bare in mind people also play paragon and have no scars, included the fact in ME2 there was the upgrade in medical bay to remove all scars which most would have done. So flawless isn't out of the question. Even age isn't an issue as she was rebuilt by the Lazerus project so her appearance could have been altered to be younger to begin with imho. She looks like shes mid to late 20's imho and hardly crwaling around on hands and knees in diapers so her age appearence is fine by me.

I don't know, I'm 27 and I think her face could perfectly belong to someone in late twenties (or early thirties? i can't remember her age) , even because in ME future people are supposed to look younger and have a longer lifespan. Sheploo is the one that looks older than he is, but it can't be helped now lol

She needs some flaws. The only women that perfect are photoshopped.

She isn't perfect. Just because your face is scarless and is symmetrical doesn't mean that she doesn't have imperfections, and even if she had impossible to notice physical imperfections, it doesn't mean she can't be flawed on the inside, personality wise, psychologically, mentally, etc etc.

Don't put too much stake on physical appearance.

From those I'd definitely prefer Shepard number 5.

Why would FemShep be altered to be younger and not ManShep?

Would make him feel less manly? A lot of men prefer the rugged look and males tend to age more gracefully as opposed to the wrinklefest and saggyness that females tend to evolve into in later age. Until I see a woman walk into a beauty parlour and say make me look 10 years older I think the young appearance of number 5 femshep is ok with me.

ROFL. "Don't hate me because I'm beautiful!"

Sorry, but real women don't have doll-like perfect faces. All I'm saying is a few flaws would make her more realistic and less like a fantasy. She can still be beautiful and have some physical imperfections. The contrast between her and ManShep right now is insane.

It is a crime to have a woman in a videogame that is not a super model.

Take Jack for instance, she looks way too good for someone with her lifestyle.

Sheploo does look older than he should be, but in some ways I kinda like it. :wub:He still looks sexy as ever. But he looks a little younger in the demo's and actual gameplay. I think they went slightly overboard on his serious face. Which in turn made him look older. Thats the only pic he looks older. To me anyway.

I think they should age the blonde too now that she has practically won.

Jack's a love interest, she's supposed to be an object of desire. FemShep is supposed to relate to the player, so in her case, realism is more important.

EDIT: @Eranen: Here's #6

Yes but we're only talking from a marketing standpoint right? I'm sure there are people playing as a paragon Sheploo out there and the face rendered in the game don't have any scars in that case, and I'm assuming it will be the same in Me3. Flawless face doesn't bother me that much, she already look very determined and all that, but it will benefit her to show a few scars in the promotional material me thinks.

I think its crazy that women who look "perfect" (which is subjective at best) are a fantasy.

Yeah, I like scars every now and again, but I don't see the issue with numero cinco. She looks real enough to me.

Don't get me wrong, I love this femshep, but she could almost be sheploos daughter.
Though he does look particularly old in that pic.

Agreed. I think they definitely should age her and rough her up a bit.

Absolutely.  My shep is a battle-hardened experienced warrior; she should appear as such, like in the above picture!

Option 5 doesn't look perfect to me really. I mean she's hot but I wouldn't call her like supermodel material. Personally I would have picked either 3 or 4 but chose 4 on a coin flip. Now I want 3 lol.

I'd like to see a close-up of 4 too. She had great hair.
