god damnit, No soldier worth their salt has long hair. At least tell us you're including all the faces to be available in the game. If it's just a trailerface I could care less.

and we already agreed that with mods nearly anything is possible but still, the vanilla game will not allow you to do that, Like the Vanilla ME2 game will not allow me to have a proper NG+ where all my upgrades carry on.......as much as I would wish that to be so

Yes I said that but I wasn't saying it actually expecting anything to happen. I don't think Bioware reads religiously through these threads to look for my suggestions.

But no good sir, you did not misread. You just falsely assumed that I was asking Bioware as if I thought they'd care.  Honest mistake.

It's a good thing Shepard isn't a soldier so much as a interstellar James Bond/Joanna Dark, then.

Its up to what sort of realism people want in the game and where realism needs to take a backseat for fun.

I do find it rather funny how for some blonde hair or slightly long hair is just too extreme and over the top for this game and what Shepard is "supposed" to be like in the confines of military.

These things are not over the top though in the military
- male/male sex,female/female sex or human/alien sex
-punching reporters while being filmed.
-Teaming up with contract killers (Zaeed or Thane), escaped convicts, known terrorist organization operatives that are considered a enemy to the alliance and others.
-Can shoot unarmed civilians such as Conrad.
-Disobeying orders

Really the list goes on but the point is it is amazing how many are saying blonde hair and slightly long hair do not fit in this military world. A lot of what Shepard does is not even close to how we know military rules anyways. Also look through pics of special forces such as Green Berets and Delta and you will see men with long hair and even beards.

Well my sister is only 18, so it's more like what she might look like if she were a 30-yr-old space marine.

I would like to add that the idea that female Shepard should look like some butch Marine perpetuates the stereotype that women in traditionally male roles must also physically resemble men.

I must admit that I fail to agree.

She has the strongest jaw line and is the most striking looking one of the 6.

Plus it's about time there was at least 1 blonde in mass effect.
