Such as open heart or brain surgery?
If Mordin was real, would you let him perform extensive surgery on you?

I've got a bunch of things wrong with me, things I can't really describe or explain. Someone as genius as Mordin should be able to help.

I'd want him way more than any human doctor. Plus he can lull me into a pleasant stupor of Gilbert & Sullivan-ing instead of knocking me out.

Ya kidding me? He'd be better than any current day human doctor and he might be able to cure my various diseases!

If I ever end up like Adam Jensen, I would like Mordin to perform agumentations on me.

Why not? Even in the ME universe where medical science is very advanced and good doctors are plentiful, Mordin Solus is regarded as a genius even among these. Even the best current day doctors would be like amateurs compared to Mordin. So yes, if I needed surgery/treatment or whatever, I'd like Mordin as my doctor.
@OP: Nice job thinking of a topic that doesn't involve whining or petitioning for another npc to be a LI in ME3. BSN has been sorely lacking some new good topics of late (imo).

So whilst Mordin is a doctor (though maybe not even Not That Kind Of Doctor) he is not a surgeon. I'd prefer an expert cardiovascular surgeon/neurosurgeon to do open heart surgery/brain surgery (cf Open Heart Dentistry)The Codex says...
Born sometime in the 2150s[1], Mordin Solus is an expert geneticist, doctor, scientist and a former member of the salarian Special Tasks Group.
Edit: Seriously, do you think that specialities are randomly assigned depending on vacancies when a doctor/consultant is hired?

Mordin would probably be my best friend if he was real so yeah, I'd let him perform surgery on me. He'd correct the mistakes of the corrective surgery that I recieved to correct mistakes.

Incorrect
From the context "doctor, scientist" it is clear that he a doctor of medicine and not "just" science.AlexMBrennan wrote...

He can rebuild you. He has the technology. He can make you better than you were. Better, stronger, faster.
