I just started playing the DAO Ultimate Edition (for Mac), which has all the DLCs already installed and ready to play. I just created my first character in Origins -- a Human Noble Warrior (2-Handed Weapon) -- and have killed the rats in the kitchen. What I would like to know is at what level(s) should I start playing the various DLCs?
I checked out Liliana's Song before I started Origins just to get an idea of what level the characters were. When I saw that they were at Level 10, I exited the DLC and started up Origins, thinking maybe to come back later after I had reached Level 10 and knew more about the game in general.
I appreciate any help you can give me.
At What Level Should I Start Playing the DLCs?

There are three kinds of DLC.
Leliana's Song and Darkspawn Chronicles are standalone DLCs. LS gives you some background to one of your Origins party members (Leliana). It can be played at any time. Chronologically, it is set before the events of Origins. DSC is an alternate ending to Origins, so I'd recommend completing the main game once before doing it to avoid spoilers.
Stone Prisoner, Return to Ostagar and Warden's Keep are designed to be played during Origins (as side quests). You can play them at any time after you've gained access to the world map/the camp.
The rest are designed to be played after Origins in this order: Origins->Awakening->Golems->Witch Hunt. You can import your character through all four parts. The level cap (25 for Origins) will be raised to 35 for the other DLC.
Note that many DLCs have bonus items that, once unlocked, will benefit all subsequent Origins playthroughs.

I usually hit the Stone Prisoner as soon as I am out of Lothering (since you get an NPC out of it, and a few nice items). Soldiers Peak I either do next or after the first treaty (which is always the mages for me). RtO can be done any time but as I like to recruit Loghain, I leave it to after Landsmeet (Loghain has some interesting dialogue there - plus if you leave it until later, most of the items have levelled up a bit).

I usually do all of the dlc right after Lothering, or after Broken Circle, once I've recruited Wynne and gotten the fade essences. The reward items provide the most benefit, the sooner you get them, and since none of them are too challenging, there's no real reason to wait.
As Return to Ostagar gives you many items that need to be leveled up, that is probably the best one to do later if you were to space them out, and as mentioned, if you plan to recruit Loghain later, you may want to save RtO until after the Landsmeet.

Same here. I'd opt to do the soldier's peak dlc for some pretty good items IMO, one of the best swords in-game is there

Whenever you feel like it.
Keep in mind though, certain characters have unique dialog.
For example Alistair, Wynne and the Secret Companion have unique dialog in Return to Ostagar. Particularly the secret companion.
Ohgren has some funny dialog in Stone Prisoner. (Tossing a Dwarf...lol)
