i am sure that i lost all of my wardens keep items (wintersbreath and starfang) after i sold my wardens armor set.

So painful. Precisely same thing just happened to me. Lost Winters Breath, and Soldier's Peak is announced as a "new quest". Just sitting down to delightful evening of gaming and suddenly my prize possession has disappeared from all history? OK, I get it's a bug, but from a "suspension of disbelief" point of view it's completely hideous. And the form letter comment about how this is an "in game" issue is salt in wounds.

It's possible that I had just started the game for the first time with the DVD in a different drive than the one it's usually in. But I've tried switching it back to no avail.

OK, to be fair, I got it all back. Put DAO back in same DVD drive it started in. Quit and restarted the game itself. Didn't work. Eventually though (after restart of whole machine) tried again and found that the equipment was now back except for in saved games I'd unwittingly made after it had vanished. So I ended up jumping back maybe an hour of game time to an earlier save.

I bought the Digital Deluxe version on Steam, when it was released.

I still havent played this game, cause I get that unauthorised content on all that I paid for, and registered on the site.

Have spent hours trying to fix the problem, looking everywhere on the internet. Reinstalled 2 times, removed all registry information before reinstalls and so on.

Bioware should blow themself, because they suck, and have a totally useless online system. Losers.

This is getting really out of hand now. Could somebody at EA please at least give an indication that the DLC reauthorisation problem is being looked into and give an idea of when it will be fixed?

Same problem just cropped up for me. Only affecting one of my characters.

Same thing! I left the fade after defeating the demon possessing Connor and Alistair was naked. I rebooted the game as the administrator refought the demon and the armor was back after that extremely long cut scene.



I don't know if this is related, but when I defeated the demon the 1st time, she'd set me on fire. So I was still burning in the long cut scene with the boats and Isold and Teagan talking to me. Very annoying though and scary.

enable the console and put in the correct codes and you can add star metal and other item you lost. Its not a game fix but you can at least get some stuff that you have already earned!

i have the same problem. some DLC items are there but some are not. its pretty annoying knowing i paid for them. im going to test the console trick even if it sounds overly complicated.

This is a pain in the arse i lost about 200 gold and alot of my items when i continued to awakening i dident get any of the items -.-

I found that if you log out of the account, then log back in again, then load the previous save, the items should be back again.
