I do not see the relevance of what you say from the time when I say that if bioware doesn't allow you to add options, I resign myself.I certainly do not regret  having asked. The point is simply proposing to add options to stick ast least  to what would you want for the default face If possible ( the one chosen ), it would be cool, otherwise I will not cry.

default Femhawk was beautiful and many people wanted to custom her, and change a few things.

I saw a lot of people want to change the fill color of Shepard. Have that would be cool.

So?
The relevance is there is a vote. Are you getting the CE, and are you saying you expect there to be some kind of personaization as to what image shows up on the box? I'd rather them work on the game myself and make my own damn Shepard. Really I just have trouble wraping my head around what people such as yourself are thinking sometimes.....

It's pretty obvious that you don't care about anyone elses opinion unless it's the same as your own.

Yes Bioware please totally ignore what the MAJORITY want and pander to Sylvianus wants instead.  Those 12,000 people voting for blonde femshep are not nearly as important as Sylvianu.

What boggles my mind the most is the fact that people are shaking their fists in frustration and arguing bitterly over a character that the vast majority of players CUSTOMIZE TO MAKE THEIR OWN.  I'm sure there are quite a few who use the default male and female versions of Shepard because they either like the character designs or just don't care to fool around with customization.  But I'm more convinced that people prefer to customize their Shepard to be the hero they envision him or her to be.  So, with that in mind, why in the name of all that is holy do you care what image Bioware picks from the majority vote for the female version of Shepard?!?  It's not YOUR Shepard, after all!  Use a little cognitive dissonance and dismiss the image as someone else's version of Shepard, and move on!  

Good frakking lord...even the subject line of this thread... "do not force us to see"...ugh, IT'S BEING PUT TO A VOTE!!!  No one's forcing anyone!  You're being given a choice!  If the majority vote is blond, you get blond.  Don't like it?  Don't show it support by voting for it, but don't dare have the arrogance to deride someone for their choice when you know damn well you'd demand a chance to choose for yourself if you didn't have it by default.

No. i can't change the default shepard. On console at least.

Write down default face code on piece of paper (should be seen on face gen or character sheet while playing), create custom face with same code, change hair color, done.
Any face code is visible underneath the face in face gen on any platform and it can be manipulated manually.

Very good post.  Snipped it a little to point out this.    Most people are happy about whats being done and other then the OP being very vocal, theres not that many people who seem to have a problem at all.

Why do you say I'm noisy ? What I did exactly? 

Apart from giving an opinion on something and ask for options.

The noise does not come from there. And I never said I was in the majority, on the contrary, I know where the majority is, that's why I made the proposal for the " minority " or other else who like options for default shepard. It's not because I am a very large minority that forbids me to make a proposal.

If that's what people vote for then majority rules. Just because you don't want a blonde shep doesn't mean it shouldn't be. I personally voted for I think 4 but they all look nice.

also, I don't recall many blonde game characters, disregarding Samus and Ninja Gaiden's characters.

You make a good point. Most female video game characters that I can think of have black hair.

Please, for the sake of all that is good, don't lump fem!Shep supporters in general with this guy, he seems to be the only one crying about it.
