It makes sense since everyone called him that even after loosing his rank. I personally like to call him "OldMan"

Will be funny when it's time for promotions.

"Greetings. I am Captain Commander Shepard. At your service."

No it wouldn't. And back in the day a lot of military men liked to be called by their rank even when they were retired.

Why wouldn't it make sense?  When is "Back in the day"?  Who enjoyed being called their rank after they retired?

Opinions are opinions.

If people want to roleplay their Shepard having the first name "Commander" they can it only needs to make sense to them, not you.

And so I am the one not allowed to have opinions? All I said is that I don't think it would make sense. You think it would make sense, I disagree, am I allowed to do that? I never said no you can't name him Commander Commander Shepard. I just don't think that name makes sense. <_<

That's just brilliant! Why didn't I come up with that?
