I wonder if it's possible to change your gender or turn off the gender flag with a mod in ME1 for the xbox360 as it is possible in ME2
I already tried to change my ME1 save file with the Gibbed's save file editor, but unfortunately my 360 was unable to read that changed save file :
but the only thing we need is a save file editor for ME1 I guess, is there any possibility for that?

I also tried Hex editing many things, with the use of Cygnus Hex Editor, in which you can compare 2 files and so I changed something, plugged it in the xbox, didn't work, changed something else,
didn't work either

please someone help me out here

To the best of my knowledge, no one has done a save editor for ME1.

There was a guide for this. I used it once. Basically you have to copy the first bit of hex code because that bit tells the game that it is a real save file.
