I was just wonder if their is any difficulty tweaks out their as i find the game unbalanced in places on nightmare. Also is their any overhaul type mods for dragon age?

Well i cannot really see any as its so vast. On the nexus top list their is no overhauls of any type and no difficulty tweaks.

There are several up on the nexus, both total game re-camps and difficulty tweaks as well as hordes of tweaks to individual abilities. I don't use them, so I couldn't recommend any. Those are the two places to look. I'm not going to do the searches for you and given the low traffic through here right now it will probably be faster for you to simply use the search function to try to fin what you want. Mods at DAnexus are divided by type from the main browse page and there is an entire section of gameplay changes.
