Hello all

I hope I am in the right forum and to the topic. Still enjoying my first playthrough of ME2 and on Insanity with Adept from ME1.

After Collector's ship I have chosen Shotgun AT. Pretty messy on Insanity, but cannot stand Scope and SMGs are just fine. What I wonder is, that some players talked about Claymore Shotgun with their Adept, so I am asking. After the second playthrough (NG+), can I choose then Claymore shotgun? I know, I cannot switch the mastery, but I do not know, if there will be any possibility like advance of that Shotgun AT.

If it is not possible, any tip or link how to mod the game? And also wondering. If I mod the game, is there possibility of corrupted save for ME3 import? IF so, I guess I stay with the Scimitar. I do not have any DLS's too.

Thanks for the help. =)

In a standard NG+ you are not offered any change of weapons on the Collector ship.  Any Adepts wielding the Claymore are due to modification of either the program or the Save.

In any modification of the game there is always the possibility that the saves created will not be able to be imported into ME3.  Technically there shouldn't be a reason, that if you gave an Adept a Claymore by ticking one box in a save editor, that it shouldn't import fine, but there is no guarantee it will work that way.  I personally have several(2-3) unaltered plays before I started modding my saves, first fairly gradual to give resources and now after 20+ plays I am adding weapons in, but if they can't import, I still have my unaltered first plays to use.

^ a good editor for Xbox and PC saves, just mind what you change and the save format you use.  If you are on xbox then you will need to see the mod forum for exact details on getting your game saves to the computer for ediiting but PC is pretty straight forward, just takes a bit of reading to make sure you are changing the correct things.

Hi

thanks a lot for output and nice editor. I only found standard version of it before.

*edit* btw is there any way, how to have activated all side missions from the start?
