Ok, so the problem I'm having occurs early in the LotSB gameplay progression (for PC). It's shortly after liara tells you that the specter is the one who tried to kill her. Liara chases the specter, and shepard follows slowly while killing off waves of enemies. After the shootout in the lobby of Dracon Trade, I exit the door to go outside. There a quick cutscene of shepard running, and liara/the specter firing at each other, taking cover behind cars. When the brief cutscene ends, the game freeze for a sec and i see "loading" with the spinning disk. When I am able to play again, gameplay isn't right. Liara isn't there, and the specter's character model is unresponsive behind the car (she displays idle animations, yet i can walk through her). There is also an asari character model near the buildings entrance who just stands there. I've tried reloading/restarting the game, and starting from earlier save points, but neither work. Any idea what the problem could be?

Most likely a corrupted file in the dlc. Try a fresh download and reinstall after clearing your browser cache. You may also want to delete the previous downloaded files on your computer.

Ok, sounds good. I deleted the LotSB folder from the mass effect folder and cleared downloaded files/temp. internet files, as well as my computers recent items cache. Thanks fr the help, hopefully it'll work. I figured a file must have been corrupted or something along those lines

Also if you haven't updated to the 1.02 version of the game do that as well. I just keep my games updated(so I forget to recommend doing so), but some don't and the latest version does fix many issues. Also there is a thread on LOTSB issues which may also be a good idea to read up on.

I bought my game through steam, and it says I already have v1.02. I tried what i said up there (reinstall) and still get the same issue. Do you have a link to that thread? I did a search and couldn't find it. I also was queued in EA's live chat support for 40 minutes, then when i was queue number 1, it said "Queue canceled - there are no available advisors at this time". big help there.
