Do you have to wait until after the landsmeet in order to fight Flemmeth at level 23 the DA:O wiki seems to indicate that Flemmeth is the only character to scale to that level without using mods.

Then again I use all kinds of diffculty scaling/adding mods for PC DA:O so it might be a moot point.

Also how long can the player possibly hold put off going to Denerim I do know that you have to go there in order to start the Haven quest (which I usually do last anyway's...).

Another strange  thing I recently noticed is during my most recent Dalish Mage (mod with Dialouge fixes) playthrough I went to Redcliff first and the Revenant in the courtyard was only an elite monster instead of a boss the DA:O wiki quest order  states that the Redcliff Boss monsters can only scale to level 14.

However, the last time I went to Redcliff first as a human noble it had a Boss HP meter (and ripped the guards I let in through the gate to shreds...) I had the same Flashs Creature Rescale tweak (changes some monsters HP, ranks, etc...) , Random Age (random tougher/smarter monsters...), as well as a creature level scaling tweak installed.

I know that the Random age Mod causes stuff like

And that flashes mod does this to certain monsters

But it shouldn't change a Boss monster HP to an elitie monster HP just because I may have been a few levels lower than the last time (even if there were two elite Revenants in the courtyard at the same time...) would it?

For this DA:O playthrough I have Leliana as a Ranger spec archer sniper and at level 8 the Black Bear had 1,130 HP is that normal I've never played a Ranger spec before so I wouldn't know.

The last question is that during the Dalish Origin I discovered an area behind the mirror with a Dwarven statue of some kind does it serve any particular storyline purpose? The game would only let me go back there when I left Temlen behind to play with the darkspawn bear.

You can go there after Duncan destroys the mirror. Say to him that you wish to further explore the ruins.

Looks like most of your questions are about mods. Might want to ask those in the comments section wherever you got the mod.

It seems like I didn't state my questions clear enough so here are my questions in short form.

1. How long in the game do you have to wait in order to fight Flemmeth at level 23?

2. What is the highest level that the enemies at Denerim can scale to (I would usually head to Denerim immediately after Lothering...).

3. Is there any difference in the monster level scaling  between DA:O version 1.03 and 1.04 (I only recently switch as I may get Awakening and Witch Hunt soon...) I asked about this because in my recent playthrough the Revenant in the Redcliff castle courtyard was only an Elite instead of a boss monster.

It is possible that this is because I went to Redcliff for the first quest instead of the third one I just want to be sure since the DA:O wiki says that the Redcliff monsters can only scale the level 14 in the vanilla game.

4. About the Ranger spec Black Bear I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a bug seeing that at level 8 the Bear had 1,300 HP I had already ran into the bug where you end up with two Bears after one of then died in mid-battle and I had Leliana summom a replacement only to end up with two bears.

1: When your party level 23 or higher ?
(max_creature_type_level, min (max (party_level +/- rank_modifier, min_area_level), max_area_level))

2: ???

3:Sounds like your mod broke it.

4: Again sounds like your mod messed it up. Since the summon pet is not differnt then the monster so if you modify the monster you modify the pet.

Can you explain why this matters?
Im not seeing why your going out of your way to make sure the enemies are at their highest level.

I usually go after Flemmeth at a level range from about 17 onward, usually after I've finished the sacred ashes quest.

For question number 2 I was just curious to see if there was much of a difference in the enemies in Denerim once I went to Denerim right after Lothering and the enemies had on Iron armor (I think...) another time I waited until after the third quest and they had on Red Steel armor.

For number 4 I don't have any pet mods (just diffculty and enemy tactic overrides for smarter enemies...) at all the only reason I picked Ranger is because I have Leliana using Arrow of Slaying and shattershot which has a lot of Aggro so Leliana needed a bodyguard.

Oh wait, yeah I remember now from the DA:O toolset and GDA files opps yeah tougher monsters equals yeah strong pets.

For Flemmeth I was curious from the DA:O wiki article says that only Flemmeth can scale to that level (23 I usually complete that quest earlier than that...) so I wanted the challege as I can never go back to vanilla DA:O difficulty (Having an enemy Arcane Warrior actually use mana clash on Wynne was way too awesome among other things...).
