ME1 for the sole reason that I feel ME2 and the DA2 fully dressed scenes were a direct reaction to the idiots on Fox News claiming that in ME you can rape anyone at any time, which is a horrible lie. Like everyone else has been saying, ME1 sensual + ME2 emotional love scenes would be perfect. If fox or any one else criticizes it as pornographic and the like, well at least it will increase sales, right?

Defitnitely this.

I like the dialogue that transpired in ME2. Some of the scenes were very emotional and well-done (Thane, Jack etc...) I would like a mixture of ME1's intimacy, and ME2's emotions. 

This as well. The emotional depth of ME2, the intimate depth of ME1.

Especially for certain characters, as stated above - Jack, Thane.  Those 2 were my favourites, but I prefered the cinematography during the romance scenes in ME1.  It really all comes down to the individual character that's being romanced.  Garrus for example, the humour/shyness that was brought up during that scene really reflects his character and is done really well.  Jack scene was just really emotional and worked with her - going slow being respectful to each other's needs, which led me to believe they didn't have sex.  Tali's mask segment was very nice also, adds to the whole mystery towards what Quarians look like. 

Again, it all comes to down to the character's personality and what reflects them best as individuals.

My only problem with ME1's love scenes is that they were essentially the same scene for each character, though Liara's lasted a little longer. I would prefer the style of ME1's scenes with the character-specific variation of ME2's scenes.

the scenes in ME1 were wonderfully and tastefully done. It showed passion, while ME2 felt like it was almost there then nothing... If you mixed the two together I feel it would be perfect, but if I am forced to choose one or the other I choose ME1

I second this.
(practically) full nudity, as found in The Witcher 2's sex scenes,  mixed with the individualized ME2's sex scenes and the passion found in ME1's sex scenes would be a perfect combination.

ME1 was a victim of a slow news day, Fox News had just hammered Bulletstorm earlier this year, they generally space out their video game related idiocy so the Witcher was able to sneak past. It also helps that its on the PC, these days its all about attacking the consoles so they can throw a company name on the screen.

At the very least we need something like Miranda/Jacob in ME2, that is some buildup showing them with shirts off, and not just makin it out fully dressed.

I prefer ME1 scenes with perhaps some variation between characters and a better morning after to finish it off would be good.

I don't think anything more graphic would be necessary as they where pretty tastefully done imo.

OH! I liked in ME1 how you had to work for it a bit which took some time where as in ME2 it felt a bit cheap and nasty.

Mix of both? ME2 scenes had emotion to them, which I liked. However, I have to admit, I'm a horndog. I won't say no to more shirtless men, tyvm. However, one problem with the ME1 scenes were that they all uses the same scenes, just different characters! D8 I liked the uniqueness of each relationship in the 2nd game Q_Q.

Keep in mind though, part of the problem with doing ME1 scenes for ME3 are the alien romances. I'm not opposed to them, don't get me wrong. It's just that... they'd have to design what Quarians & Turians look like underneath. It might put a lot of people off.

Though, at this point, it's almost a given, I'm going to say, "ME1, of course." Those scene were tasteful, sensual, and equally romantically and erotically charged without going overboard on both. That said, each intimate moment should be unique as CheeseEnchilada indicated. A beautiful love scene between M!Shepard and Tali should be quite a bit different, for obvious reasons, then an intimate scene between M!Shepard and Ashley.

I'm not a big fan of the full on sexy time scenes, but I loved the ME1 ones. They were really sweet (of course I may be biased). I've only played through one of the ME2 scenes, but I've seen the others. Some of them were ok, but something seemed out of place. The clothing perhaps
