So I bought the new Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition pack and well I downloaded all contents and I was having problems accessing some of the contents.  So I go browsing to see if I can get my problem solved.  Keep in mind I've already been playing Disc 1 for awhile because at the time I didn't not have a hard drive, but now I do.  So I load up the new game option and I find that some of the contents is viewable but not all of them such as Warden's Keep and Stone Prisoner to name a few.  In some cases if you go to the downable contents page and view it, it tempts you into giving an EA code...So what exactly am I doing wrong??  Would love to play the contents if all possible.

Hm...what did you 'download' exactly? The dlc is included on the second disc of the Ultimate Edition, so I'm not entirely sure what it is you are referring to.

Secondly, when you state that "some of the contents is viewable" what do you mean by that? Viewable from where? Warden's Keep, Stone Prisoner and Return to Ostagar are part of the Origins campaign (as are the Feastday gifts and pranks); they are not accessed separately like Leliana's Song, Darkspawn Chronicles, Golems of Amgarrak, Witch Hunt or even Awakenings.

Please clarify.

I installed the contents from the second disk as instructed, everything that was all on it. And as viewable I mean when I go to the New Game option there are only some that can be accessed directly from there while as mentioned before some you can only see and view but can't actually play them. Like I want to play Stone prisoner because I was told you get a character from there, but how exactly are you suppose to access that content when all you can do is read the information from it.

Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep are integrated into the regular Dragon Age Origins game. Also, Return to Ostagar. They open up new map locations that you have to visit in order to start the quests.

The rest of the DLC are stand alone modules that you access from the main title screen.

Have you tried using the codex in the game? You can check your available quests there and there's a particular part that is for 'Premium content' and that gives you instructions on how you get started.

To begin Return to Ostagar you'll need to go to Bann Loren's Land if memory serves. As Wicked points out (and as I did in my initial reply) certain quests are integrated into the Origins campaign. The menu screen downloadable content should also include instructions on how to access the individual dlcs.

You don't get Stone Prisoner in the Deep Roads. A new map location will spawn that you go to (towards the bottom left of the map). See the Dragon Age wiki or quest forum here for details.
