Uploaded Characters...how to remove?

I own the PS3 version of DA and so far there are 3 characters in my profile. One I uploaded from the Character creator to get the Lucky Stone, another on my first character I made in the PS3 version and finally another character I made when I realised how annoying the Violent speech set was! "Would you like a ladder...so you can get off my back?" !!! I wish to only have the last character I made. When I click Character Management it says Not Available right now. Also, his portrait just appears as a black empty circle? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm playing on PC and Manage Characters / Manage Screenshots hasn't worked for me for about a week. On top of this my Screenshots says I've uploaded 100 of 100 (even though I only have 50-60 uploaded on the site). On top of all this, my character profiles haven't even updated in about 4-5 days.

I read in the FAQ that your profile updates when someone visits you so I'll be a chum and visit yours! Or do what I do and make another Bioware social account, add your main account as a friend and visit your main account from this new one. Result!

I have some "dead" characters I don't play anymore, I only made them to take a look at the different origin stories. I would really like to remove them and their screenshots. Hopefully Bioware will fix the site soon...

Yeah - this is doing my nut! It's the same for the PC version, I have 10 characters as well and can't delete screenshots or manage characters, its quite annoying.

Any further word on this from Bioware? I started anew yesterday with Sarevok and my previous characters are obscuring his mighty wrath!

Yeah, this would be helpful as well. I'm on 360 and I removed at least 2 characters (my Dalish Elf and my Male City Elf) and they're still showing. Not to mention my Female City Elf got her profile picture totally removed all together and my Human Noble has yet to even show up physically.
This is really frustrating. I hope they get this fixed if they decide to do something like that with Mass Effect 2. =/

I'm also now noticing that my character is still shown in his beginning armour, despite the fact that I am now wearing Dwarven Mail. My friends both have the PC version and their characters update fine with their current armour. Alas, such is the way of a PS3 user, forever destined to receive the fecal end of a piece of tree matter.
