- Warden is a Dalish rogue, archery mostly, but proficient enough with a pair of daggers... tosses lots of bombs, sets a lot of traps, uses poison. She has the first three Ranger summons and will probably level before reaching Fort Drakon, at which point I'll pick up Master Ranger.
- Alistair is his regular old sword-and-shield self, only more so than usual... he's dancing around the battlefield like Baryshnikov with a blade, and his War Cry occasionally kills low-health enemies. (I am so in love...
- Morrigan does have basic Heal and the first two Spirit Healer spells; pretty much all else is damage dealing and crowd control. I'm not ashamed to use potions, though, so the lack of a dedicated healer isn't much of an issue.
- And y'all know what The Dog does.
Umm... what else? I play on Nightmare difficulty, I prefer that no one dies and if at all possible, I don't like to use any of the allied armies. My trepidation is that the auto-pilot ranged attack I'm used to getting from Leliana at Fort Drakon will suffer as a result of my Warden trying to wear too many hats, in both attempting to play general and needing to plink-plink-plink away at the Archdemon, and that I'll really miss that second archer with Arrow of Slaying at a few specific points (Denerim Market... all those ogres! Fort Drakon entrance... the double Dragons, and the pair (or is it a trio?) of Emmisaries!).
Is this a crazy idea? Any advice? War stories? Encouragement? Dissuasion?
