I've tried to connect to an agent in Live Chat 3 times now. The estimated wait is always right around 30 minutes. When it gets down to about 20 seconds and I am around second in the queue, I am disconnected automatically and have to wait another 30 minutes if I want back in line. Since this has happened 3 times in a row, I figure something's wrong with it. Or is it just me?
