 Do their +Weapon damage bonuses benefit from Power Damage that you would get from the Blood Dragon Armor or anything else that gives a plus to power damage? Or would it be useless to use it with the two abilities?

A few people are unsure about what category certain powers fall under. The category of a power determines which upgrades it receives. Upgrades like + Power Damage % affect all powers. Here is the complete list.

Biotics:

Pull
Throw
Singularity
Warp
Shockwave
Slam
Reave
Barrier
Biotic Charge
Dominate

Tech:

AI Hacking
Incinerate
Overload
Combat Drone
Cryo Blast
Neural Shock
Geth Shield Boost
Tech Armor
Tactical Cloak
Energy Drain
Shadow Strike

+ Tech damage bonuses do not affect your cloak damage bonus.

Having said all that, I'm not certain if it affects the weapon damage of Geth Shield Boost, although reading this you would think so.  You might want to PM Eric ****nan ( I know his name is gonna get *s in it because of the filter ), or ask Pacificen to ask a dev for you.

It is my understanding that the Tech bonuses don't stack on so much but the + to powers do. Again a Dev is the only one who can tell you for sure, but anything that says + to power damage should effect ammo and any power damage. So both class skills and armor should effect the GSB and tact cloak.
