Had the "normal" ones, like the Eden Prime scene, the credit-funneling AI and such by the 5th playthrough.

On my 7th I discovered that Helena Blake gives you the finger while she transfers the crime lords' coordinates to you. I sh*t you not.

I found that shifty cow thing on my own believe it or not. I'm a mineral ****, and I noticed I hadn't seen them anywhere else in the game, so I left my game on and came to the internetz and my controller started violently shaking on my coffee table. Oh yeah, and that farmer shack on Eden prime next to Nihlus, I just recently discovered theres people in there and you can get some freebies from them.

I'm just playing through Mass Effect on the Hardcore difficulty and just got to Noveria.

I got to the Rift Station and at the point of when the two Rachni are supposed to burst from the vents, only one burst out, i killed it then couldn't find the second one even though it was showing on the radar. So i left the room and went to speak to the dr about the cure. Returned to Ventralis to get his permission and was surprised when he gave me a sarcastic comment about me leaving the battle early lol
