Hello, I Recently bought the game Dragon Age 2 and installed it without difficulty however i noticed in the box there was a code that i could redeem to get the Black Emporium DLC. So i redeemed the code and started the game, however the DLC was not in the Downloadable Content Tab in the game Menu i reset my game a couple of times but it did not appear. i tryed redeeming my code again but it simply said that i had already used the code. i hope that someone can help me.

Once redeemed a code cannot be used again, hence the 'error' message you received.
You can download the Black Emporium by going to 'Profile' on the left and selecting 'Your registered game content'; the rest should be self explanatory once you do that.
