Keep in mind that if a male found the act to be too taboo or disgusting, than the act itself would be impossible. It is physically impossible for a male to not feel physical enjoyment while successfully reproducing.

Not true.

A man's body reacts to stimulation either he wants it or no. He does not have to "enjoy" it.

At least that was what they told me back in my school days and that is what I heard from my friends.

She would.

She is getting what she wants.  And as long as she gets what she wants, she is happy.=]

Yeeeess, but if he's thinking of someone who DOES give him physical enjoyment (say, oh, female PC lover?), then not too impossible ;P

Is this a threesome with the female PC!  Do they show any Morrigan/female pc action at least?

O.o no; there's no Morrigan/Female PC...there IS Leliana/Female PC though ^^;

I was about to fire back with "Yeh well I AM ONE and I've GOT ONE."  Which are both facts that would imply that I know how it would truly be.  Then again, I've never been in a situation where me impregnating a woman whom I was not in love with was the only way to save the life of a friend.... so I really don't know how I'd feel lol.

Yes, I've seen this Leliana/Female PC content a few times   I just saw a female PC in that Morrigan pic and wondered what was going on?

I would posit than any male who doesn't at least enjoy the, uhh... endgame... would have some sort of psychological or physical disorder.

I had to leave for awhile because some peoples response to my post has been rather upsetting to me. Being called absurd and whiny extreme fangirl is rude. Why do people feel the need to put other people down on these forums!

Reuben - I was a Computer Science Major in college and even though things have changed in so many years telling me I have no idea of the field is insulting. Don't tell me how hard things are or how complicated. When I first started programming we used punch cards! So give me a break!

I found the scene didn't fit. You did... great good for you... happy for you. Yes, he backs away, but and I am not alone in this he did not appear to be cringing to me. It looked like a smirk to me... and again others thought the same thing... though others still thought the other way. He is lying relaxed on the bed when she comes in. I.. and again for clarification "I" thought his character is so bumbling in the sex depart that he would not be in this position. I do not disagree that "in the end" he may have enjoyed it, but I do disagree that he would have started out that way. Again... you disagree, fine. I don't expect every one to agree with me. And I guess I was wrong in expecting civil people on the internet. My mistake...

They lied. Oh how they lied ;)
Although I might be equating pleasure with enjoyment though, so if you mean mental enjoyment then yeah, I agree, he won't enjoy it. Well if he's forced into it. Alistair wasn't really forced so much as coerced into it.

Uh, can you dump Alistair for Morrigan at this point?

Just kidding (maybe).

She would.

Because she knew how much he was dreading it. That's Morrigan's deal, she takes pleasure in the misery of others. How wonderful it would be for her to literally force someone who she truely loathes to do something they would completely hate if only to save the one they love.

That fits Morrigan's developed character perfectly, while Alistair finding the act repulsive fits his.

No. It's a glitch, unfortunately. But a very fun one. I don't know what the canon says about who impregnates her or anything, though. I should play further in that scenario and find out.

Was I not civil enough? I'm sorry if it seemed that way to you, I apologize.
However Computer Science is not Computer Animation, I'm sorry ^^ There are a lot of difference between both fields that knowledge in one or the other will not be compatible. Absurd seems to be the least offensive word I could put out at that point.

Plus come now, if you would argue that you have the right to see it your way certainly you can allow me the right to also disagree with your point of view. I might've been a bit blunt, so again I apologize.

Why in the freak does Alistair agree to this? Do you need super-high approval with him? In my current playthrough, I'm planning on not sparing Loghain, so I'll have Alistair at the end. However, I will not be in a romance with him. How easy is it to convince him?

Canon states that Dog did the deed after he performed a joining ritual of his own at Ostagar with some stolen Archdemon blood.

I'm not sure how easy it is to do if you're not in a romance with him. I used the "You know I love you and I need you to trust me" options. I easily convinced him to save both of our lives, though he wasn't pleased about the idea.

If you're not romancing him, the persuade option simply asks if he trusts you. I don't know how high the check is, though.

Hmm, maybe I'll just tell Morrigan to ****** off.  Sorry Alistair, you die!!  Or, I'll spare Loghain again and you can become an alcoholic Alistair!

So, even though he hates me, as long as my persuade skill is high, it will work?   Awesome :pinched:

Indeed. That's the route I took when I was with Leliana. I didn't lose anything, other than having to cringe to see Morrigan with Alistair.

That's a little extreme.  She's mostly apathetic about the misery of others, and if she seems to take pleasure in it, it's because you're not going to haul her off to battle the undead/werewolves/demons/whatever for little apparent gain.

If you are romancing Allistair, she seems to get the impression that he is incredible in bed (that being the only reason why you could possibly want him).  She says as much, if you're also friends with her.

What I want to know, why didn't they give us another sex scene with our romance (this is for people who romance Leliana or Zevran, obviously)?

After talking with everyone about the upcoming battle, I retire to my room, expecting to find Leliana there to have last minute 'we are going to die tomorrow' sex. And who do I find in my room? Not Leliana, that's for sure. Did Morrigan scare her off?

I was a bit disappointed and in a bad mood consequently. Of course I told Morrigan to go. I was like 'what the? where is Leliana?'

Actually I agree with Malkut. Morrigan isn't the character that's deliberately hateful. Her character is all about her, yes, but she doesn't take pleasure in other's pain, otherwise she'd tell you to leave Sten and Jowan in their cells and let them rot. Her view on the world is very pragmatic, to the extreme even.
