Okay- how do I explain this in *simple* terms. The reason the women ask for a cutscene where Alistair looks even more disturbed is because Alistair is a romantic interest for women players. He is supposed to at least somewhat cater to a *fantasy*. If they are going to ask him to sleep with another woman for the sake of a relatively less traumatic ending, they want to feel like he LOATHED it. Is it realistic? No. But Alistair is a fantasy, a fictional character and need not behave the way guys do in real life.
If these characters were not supposed to cater to that fantasy, Morrigan could have hairy armpits and lice, Queen Anora could be a buck toothed ugly with a receeding chin and Leliana could have an STI that would cause your little warden to rot and fall off.
That being said, the reason why Alistair is not freaking out is because the cutscene for Alistair, Loghain and the male PC is the very same one. They did not think it worth putting in the resources for separate reactions from all of them. So be it. But it would have been comedy gold if Loghain actually thought of his dead wife putrid in a grave and could not get it up, causing Morrigan all sorts of grief.
