Hey, I was wondering If i can just flirt with kelly just so she can feed my fish and they dont die, then just have my romance with tali Would that work? I want the save file to say that I romanced tali

Kelly only becomes available if you after the suicide mission if you didnt romance anyone else during the game. So to answer your question, yes, you can continue to flirt with Kelly to get her to fed your fish, and still continue to romance Tali.
