My character profile seems to be updating just fine -- all of the new skills and stats for my DA:O character are showing up. With one exception: her outfit. The picture has been showing her acolyte robes which I ditched very early on in the game.
Is this not supposed to update, or does it take longer to update? Do I have to do something special to get the picture to update? Or just wait longer? Again, everything else is updating just fine, so it's not a matter of waiting the usual hour or so.

Unfortunately there is a limitation that only allow the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions to upload the paperdoll and avatar images on character creation.
