Last time my PS3 was online it only downloaded 1.2. So I guess 1.3 hasn't been released for this platform yet.

I'll look in to this. I'm inclined to believe it's a necessary update for Legacy on PS3 but I can't quite recall so I'll see if I can get an official word.

Now that I think about it, it might be entirely just to put in the Legacy achievements. I still want details though to be sure!
