We haven't heard anything about the new patch from the official,is it safe to install?

I'll look in to this. I'm inclined to believe it's a necessary update for Legacy on PS3 but I can't quite recall so I'll see if I can get an official word.

Yes. Just got confirmation that it was specifically for Legacy Trophies.
